I received three of these hands. The first was as described. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one. The next was chrome, not black. It actually seems sturdier than the original (made better), but it's not what I ordered (I have a couple of monitors and I want the brackets to match). When the replacement came, it was chromed too! I have contacted the company. who said chrome is a new model. So you kept the product number but started selling the product in a different shape and color? It must be a record of mismanagement. And they still haven't changed the picture on the product!
