Open the box and see how it was previously installed. When I installed and tried it, the head had a problem, it moved like it was vibrating under electricity. Also missing is the base that attaches to the underside of the jack and the screw and washer that secures it. As well as star shaped lock washers that go under the box when installed on the trailer drawbar. It looks like the power cord has been severed. The protective cover of the on/off switch was also damaged. Very disappointed. Sent back for a refund. Revain always takes care of me! Thanks Larry
