I saw this style of pen mentioned in a recent article and decided to give it a try as my wife was looking to buy a new Apple Pen. Bottom line, it works just as well and accurately as my Apple Pen. Since I only use the pen for handwriting and not for art projects, the pressure loss wasn't an issue for me. I also like the USB-C charging port instead of the Apple stylus. You'll either need to buy an adapter or plug it directly into the iPad for charging. I understand the logic of the design but I always felt like I would accidentally break this connector in the connector.
