Odd raised center on my review.
I don't know why the center is raised, I would have preferred it be flat. Being raised it creates a ring that just leads to chipped crusts. Minor point I suppose. I bought some smaller tart molds that had a flat bottom and just assumed these ones did too - my mistake maybe.
- Study and nice quality. Using them this year to make Christmas ornaments. Very nice.
- The molds may not be versatile enough, limiting their usage to only mini pies and tarts
