Odd raised center on my review.

I don't know why the center is raised, I would have preferred it be flat. Being raised it creates a ring that just leads to chipped crusts. Minor point I suppose. I bought some smaller tart molds that had a flat bottom and just assumed these ones did too - my mistake maybe.

Pros

Study and nice quality. Using them this year to make Christmas ornaments. Very nice.

Cons

The molds may not be versatile enough, limiting their usage to only mini pies and tarts
