The velcro that holds the strap only wanted to work during the day, after that none of them held together... and I have a slight average area so the fit was ok , just didn't hold together. Bad quality and crappy product. I am definitely not happy with this purchase because my back has deteriorated and I need a lumbar support belt for my back and now have to buy another somewhere else...DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY on this faulty product. If you send it in for exchange and get a replacement, you can get a better belt at a better price elsewhere. If you need such a belt, buy it elsewhere. This product is nothing but disappointment and poor quality.
