Works well in cookware accessories
I use this diffuser plate with a moka pot on an electric range. The moka pot is much smaller than the smallest burner. I always found it impractical to use the pot directly on the stove because most of the burner was visible. This plate covers the burner and heats evenly. The handle is a nice addition. It doesn't heat up and allows me to remove the plate from the hot burner to cool both the plate and the oven faster. I definitely recommend this diffuser.
