We had to go back for a size down and even they were too stretchy. Overall they were really well made and looked good. My son loves them a lot, apart from a slightly larger waist, but that happens with the stretchy material. Very happy with it. I originally ordered a size up because they were skinny jeans which we usually have to walk in, but with that material I took them back and ordered a normal size and they fitted well. UPDATE: we have ordered again, to the next size up after it has grown from the first. They fitted the waist perfectly but the length was for a 12 year old. My son is 9 years old, the pants size was handwritten for 10. He didn't impress me this time.
