Looks like a sturdy stand. It's a shame it's warped in the middle. I accidentally put a bottle of dishwashing liquid on the shelf. Imagine my shock when the bottle slid to the floor. The strangest thing I've ever seen. It took me a few times to solve the problem. The center of the rack is just enough above the edges to make a difference. He was almost deformed. Warped metal shelves? Could the delivery of Revain somehow cause this? There's no obvious sign of damage, but unsurprisingly the rack was simply tossed into a Revain box, so who knows. However, warping does not appear to be a delivery issue. Memory problem? Maybe I suppose. Anyway, I'm on guard now. I'm not worried about the heavy cast iron skillet slipping off, but what if the dish soap was a not-so-heavy bowl of hot soup? Can be light enough to be a problem. Luckily I only bought one rack as a test before buying a few more. Unfortunately it looks like my research is incomplete as I probably won't be buying it again. very nice apology for the problem along with replacing the rack. Very grateful! Stock replacement is very good. I would definitely buy another one like this. Upgrading my rating to four stars based on Rosemary taking the time to fix the issue. It's good to know that they still have great customer service.
