I followed the instructions and Windows XP cannot find the USB memory stick driver. Called support, no one answered. I've tried their IM live support and no one is home. The same thing happens on two different Windows XP systems, both recognize USB memory stick hardware and both claim not to find a driver for it. Finally, Lexar support emailed me back. (They never returned my call as promised) and directed me to an FTP site with an updated driver for Windows XP (not available from their webpages). Now it works. (I have a previous version reader that I bought that says it doesn't support Windows XP and now it works too, so I didn't even have to buy that updated version.)
