Best office chair I have found so far. It's soft and comfortable. I'm a fairly tall guy (6ft, 265lbs) and my arms are as close to the seat as possible. This should fit a much wider person than me. The softness keeps my butt and back from hurting like other chairs do. In addition, you can fix it in almost any position. I don't use the tilt or tilt functions at all: I just find a suitable position and lock it in. Cons: Armrests are NOT leather and tend to crack after about six months, at least here in Denver where it's dry. If I find a source for replacement armrests I will post them here. Otherwise I probably would have given five stars. It seems that this is a small area where you can save. It would be better if they only used leather. I'm sitting in the second chair. The first (black) was a few years old so I replaced it with a burgundy version. So pretty!
