My daughter liked the bike, the colors, the basket and the ride itself. The bike was easy to assemble Attempting to attach the chain which was very difficult due to the chain guard I noticed the cranks were full I tried tightening the cranks by tightening the crank nut but it didn't work as my daughter watched patiently I had to tell her finally telling bad news her new bike broke down and we have to send it back.Very sad.It was her first time on a bike with training wheels and she was so proud of herself that she finally got to ride with her brothers.I This Product has received very good reviews and we hope the problem is simple In case someone didn't pay enough attention in the manufacture of tee n has given. If we cannot find a comparable bike with the same high ratings, we will try our luck again with this product. The product is easy to assemble, which we rated 4 stars out of 5, but with the chain constantly falling off and the cranks breaking, the strength category got 1 star out of 5, and we ended up paying cash for that for the product and the bike was useless, it was clearly not worth the money we spent to buy it.
