When it came to installing this thing, I did have to watch a video and the instructions but after that, I felt confident enough to put this in myself. While it did take a little longer than the video said it should, I was able to install it myself without having any leaks. The while thing itself was fairly easy but as a reminder to anyone reading this, make sure to turn your water all the way off before installing this. Other than my small mishap, this thing does not leak at all. All seals on this thing help prevent any leaks but the filtration system is really cool on this. Unlike some filtered pitchers, this does not leave a chemical after taste even when I leave water out. I'm able to fill pitchers and leave them in my fridge so I can have cold water. Even with them being in there for days, I still have clean tasting water with no weird after taste. So easy to use and we've been drinking a lot more water since putting this in.
