Very disappointed with the convertible

I had a lot of expectations for this car seat. Unfortunately I am very disappointed. It was very difficult to install, the instructions are not clear, at least for me, I have a toddler and I don't see it being comfortable to sit on. The seat belt has a shoulder protector that cannot be removed or raised and there is no indication in the instructions
