I like that we are able to monitor our liquid samples through different equipment such as HPLC, UHPLC, GC-MS etc. It's easy for us to operate this system since it is integrated with all of those instruments. The interface has become outdated over time but there have been recent updates which help solve some problems with the software. In particular, we were having issues logging in using web browser instead of Chrome or Firefox. We've also had trouble getting alerts for data analysis errors. There are many other features available though out the program so be sure you research your needs carefully before deciding if they're relevant to your workflow. Monitoring multiple instrumentation setups makes keeping track of sample status easier and safer than with paper logs.
