They are big enough to hold extra towels or bedding well enough. Little did I know there would be no structure in the boxes. I'm used to these storage boxes having a bottom and sides to help them keep their rectangular shape, but it's just fabric. That's fine, but if they're not filled in, they won't look clean and tidy.
