I've had this product over 1 month and am perfectly happy. I agree with the reviews that recommend paying attention to the type of wall you have at desired installation location. If this will be a sheetrock installation heed the advice from other reviews and purchase a plank. You don't need a 2x6. I used a 1 x 6 (Home depot has pre-cut lengths) located the studs with a stud finder and fastened the plank to the studs with wood screws 10 x 2/1/2 and 10 x 3". I then used the screws that came in the package to fix the bike mount to the plank. The arms adjust to fit the angle of your frame with the push of a button and the rod adjust so the bike handlebar fits neatly against the wall.If you are handy with basic tools, drill, level, measuring, stud finder you are good to go Takes about 1 hr with prep
