I bought these LED bulbs to replace the standard halogen interior lights in my 2001 Toyota Tacoma truck. The halogen lights I had before were very dim and I could barely see anything in the cabin at night. These LEDs fit and work well and they are very bright. Turning on just one light on the map illuminates the entire interior of my car. I am satisfied with the performance/brightness of these LED bulbs. However, when I installed one on the dome light so that it turns on when I open the car doors, for some reason it doesn't work even though it uses the same 31mm size as my map lights. I've tried reversing the polarity and adjusting it to fit properly between the connectors but it still didn't work. I'm not sure why and still haven't been able to figure out why, so I'm still using an old low-power halogen bulb. In general, excellent and bright LED lamps are worth their money.
