I like that there are multiple ways you can access your transcriptions as well as email notifications when new transcripts become available for viewing or uploading. The software sometimes has glitches in which it doesn't always save files properly but this isn't too often. Sometimes when you click on an edit file button nothing happens; however if you double-click on the same file then it opens up with all changes saved. This seems to happen less frequently now since they've changed their interface from tabs to folders. If you're looking for a good way to organize your transcribed documents, this program does so effectively while being very easy to use. It helps ensure that everything gets done efficiently with no issues at hand. Also having something where you don't need to spend extra money to get updates added.
