Easy Way To Find A Doctor: Anthem's Health Care and Services

I like the fact that the app is very easy to navigate and you can find what you are looking for in a matter of seconds. There is a lot of information to look through and I can see how it is very helpful for those who are looking for a specific doctor or provider. I do not like that the app is very slow at times and you have to refresh the page to get the information you are looking for. I think this app is a great way to find a doctor or provider that you are looking for. I like that it is…

Great for appointment booking and reminders, just needs to improve tech issues

The service is great- I love how easy it was getting all my appointments done online without having long lines at local offices! They still haven't been able fix their computer glitch where if someone has an upcoming appt they cannot see them in advance via calendar as well.- Appointments take longer than anticipated which adds stress (and no one likes waiting). Also scheduling new patients takes 2x times more effort then needed so we always end up wasting extra hours looking through charts…

Conveniently offers immediate medical care

I like how easy it is to access my records and schedule appointments, which makes finding doctors quick! Also great customer service as they always answer any questions quickly. We do not receive reminders via text messages so sometimes we forget an appt date/time; however this has never been fixed by their team since contacting them. It’s also difficult (or maybe impossible) to change insurance companies because all providers must be contracted through Anthem - unless one subscribes directly…

Overall good customer service and friendly staff

It is nice having an online tool I trust! The website was easy enough in finding my providers through their search engine feature which helped me during times where it seemed like all options were closed (such as needing after-hours appointments). There wasn't anything really terrible but overall not great either; they just weren’t very helpful at any point while trying solve problems related towards insurance coverage issues etc., so nothing specific comes across mind other than maybe try…
