Review on Anthem's Health Care and Services by Vincent Burton

It is nice having an online tool I trust! The website was easy enough in finding my providers through their search engine feature which helped me during times where it seemed like all options were closed (such as needing after-hours appointments). There wasn't anything really terrible but overall not great either; they just weren’t very helpful at any point while trying solve problems related towards insurance coverage issues etc., so nothing specific comes across mind other than maybe try looking elsewhere if this isn’t working well/efficiently? We used them solely because we had prior experience using another Aetna product called "My Choice." This one didn't seem nearly comparable nor did many functions work correctly within My Choices portal vs what works under this program specifically since its inception - however, once again these differences may be user error due to lack training provided by employees regarding new programs being rolled out rather then more likely true difference between products from different companies who partner together.
