Review on Anthem's Health Care and Services by Michael Keitt

The service is great- I love how easy it was getting all my appointments done online without having long lines at local offices! They still haven't been able fix their computer glitch where if someone has an upcoming appt they cannot see them in advance via calendar as well.- Appointments take longer than anticipated which adds stress (and no one likes waiting). Also scheduling new patients takes 2x times more effort then needed so we always end up wasting extra hours looking through charts trying different dates/times etc.. If anyone wants this system please don’t go anywhere else!! This program provides us access from home while keeping work separate during COVID19 pandemic lockdown period; also helps reduce staff count by providing remote patient support team members who help other clinics within network but not fulltime employees.
