Review on Anthem's Health Care and Services by Kevin Bucher

I like how easy it is to access my records and schedule appointments, which makes finding doctors quick! Also great customer service as they always answer any questions quickly. We do not receive reminders via text messages so sometimes we forget an appt date/time; however this has never been fixed by their team since contacting them. It’s also difficult (or maybe impossible) to change insurance companies because all providers must be contracted through Anthem - unless one subscribes directly from another carrier which may cost more than paying premiums in full per year. Have used other online platforms but found nothing better overall between ease-of-use and patient satisfaction compared to Anthem. Accessibility, scheduling, billing process.
