i Bought 2, xl and 2 x i am 5'2" 230lbs 18 inch knee 23 inch thigh , the xl is a little snug gives me a bit of muffin top on my thigh, but I could wear it for my 12 hour shift, the 2x was more comfortable for me. both had no binding behind my knee and stayed up well
