Will fail after 6 months

Fan impeller is not same size as OEM. I installed it 2 days after receiving it and 2 days ago after the warranty expired it failed. See picture above. The wheel came off the shaft and destroyed the wheel ribs. Also damaged my fan box where it is. Bad product.
