Leather? Doubtful

I bought these shoes in the smaller size from the store and I love the quality and fit. But I ordered the same model online and there is a noticeable difference in quality. For example, they claim it's leather, but when I compare that material to the smaller shoes I bought from the store, they look and feel much lower in quality and synthetic. Are you sure it's real leather? If not, I think your customers should get their money back.
