It is not just emails. I can send text messages and calls to them and it is easy to send them all in different channels which is great. There is nothing i dislike so far. Sometimes they take too long to respond but it happens. It is a great tool for the business I am working for. They help with lead nurturing and managing the follow-up process. I was able to send texts and emails to my customers and they were able to receive them all in different channels. This helped with the follow up process and the nurturing of my leads.
