Very intuitive and easy to use - especially for beginners

The ease of creating multiple campaigns for different segments within one account is great! It's also very intuitive once you get used it (which takes less than 5 minutes). I wish there was an option where we could send out emails without having them go into spam folder in some clients' inboxes - but that may be because my client doesn't have enough subscribers yet so they aren't getting much volume either way from this feature right now anyway :) We're trying everything possible at all times…

Excellent customer experience, great value and top notch professionalism

I like how it is very intuitive for anyone that's new to this product/service; everything they need in order for successful campaigns are right at hand! They also have excellent support staff who will go above-and beyond what you would ever expect from any service provider or software vendor out there today (or even 10 years ago). We used them as an ESP but switched over completely due to price point constraints between us & theirs - so we could not afford both solutions anymore after switching

  • Easy way with their platform, user interface , customization capabilities..the best part here? no programming experience needed just drag'n'drop style simplicity!!! This helps everyone regardless if its your first time setting up email marketing campaign OR seasoned veteran marketer alike..you'll love em ! lol

Great tool for lead nurturing and managing follow up process

It is not just emails. I can send text messages and calls to them and it is easy to send them all in different channels which is great. There is nothing i dislike so far. Sometimes they take too long to respond but it happens. It is a great tool for the business I am working for. They help with lead nurturing and managing the follow-up process. I was able to send texts and emails to my customers and they were able to receive them all in different channels. This helped with the follow up process
