I use these shoes as indoor shoes to wear around the house. I have hardwood floors throughout my house and I need to find room inside to put my shoes or I could get plantar fasciitis. I have special orthopedic insoles that I wear in these shoes instead of regular insoles. They've worked great for me while I've had them and personally I think they're worth it. The shoes are very light and comfortable to wear. I don't train in them, but if you're looking for some great 'lounge shoes' these are worth checking out.
