In my opinion, Nexlux's web store is not up to par. It was tough to navigate the website and obtain the information I needed. I had more questions than answers after reading the product descriptions, which were inadequate. I called customer service for help but was confronted with an extended wait time and poor comments. It was abundantly evident that the support staff was not equipped to answer my questions. The things I received were also of poor quality, which was another disappointment. The light fixtures I ordered were of low quality and did not work as advertised. It was obvious that Nexlux cared more about output than quality. The fact that Nexlux's prices weren't as low as stated didn't help matters. When I saw that other websites were selling the same items for far less money, I felt duped and disappointed in my purchase. In sum, I was really dissatisfied and annoyed by my time spent in the Nexlux online store. As a life coach, I place a premium on excellent customer service and high-quality goods; unfortunately, Nexlux fell short on both counts. If you're searching for a simple buying experience and reliable goods, seek elsewhere.
