Update. - I've been taking this for about a month and everything has stabilized for me. My energy level has been restored. I no longer wake up and remain completely exhausted. My memory has improved so that I no longer understand the words I need. I still do it sometimes, but I think it's normal aging. Best of all is the feeling I mentioned in my review when you're driving and you know where you're going, but you forget how to get there. It's gone! My mood has settled and the euphoria I felt when I started taking this has gone. (Hell!) I take two pills around 6am and occasionally drink more later. And on top of that added appetite control bonus, I managed to cut out most of the junk food and lost 13 pounds in 6 weeks. It's not easy for a woman in her 60s.
