The directions need a lot of work. I'm pretty sure that if my neighbor had been trying to assemble this he would have had me come over after the first 10 minutes. Bolts that are labeled as #15 for one assembly section don't extend all the way through the assembly. You have to figure out which bolts aren't being used and use those. Also, no one QC'd my parts. One of the bolts and a black handgrip nut wouldn't thread up. They also omitted the bolt assembly that connects the bench to the tower. They want me to send them a photo of the part that's missing. Still trying to figure out how I can do that. I did send them a photo of the bolt and nut that won't thread up. They claim they haven't received the photo but they are getting the emails asking why they aren't responding to my request for them to replace the defective parts. Same email for both. I'm gonna end up running to the hardware store and buying what I need. In hindsight, I probably wouldn't have bought it if I knew what I know now.
