On October 22nd I posted the bottom review. *Now on 7.11. I received an email from the company asking for a picture of the sink drain plug (already posted here). They claimed there was no sign of rust. I've included this photo of the drain plug along with a cross showing the location of the rusty areas. There is obvious rust. Now I am very dissatisfied with this company as they don't seem to mind if they don't maintain the quality of the fork. How confident are you that they offer the washer warranty? I added an additional photo with a rusty surface mark that I will not clean, polish, rust removal is impossible. It's rust! I would be happy to send you a plug to check. Please stick to your article. Due to the annoyance I am lowering my rating for your item. This is a high quality and beautiful household sink, an expensive universal sink. The sink deserves attention. BUT WHY IS THE QUALITY OF THE DRAIN SCREW NOT MATCHING THE QUALITY OF THE STAINLESS STEEL OF THE SINK? Nothing was used in the sink but soap and water (no chemicals of any kind) for 2 weeks after installation. The supplied drain plug is rusting. While it looks like a decent drain plug for that sink, does it make a good seal if the quality of the stainless steel is poor? That does not correspond to the quality of the sink! Looks like aluminum or something. Stainless steel does not rust, especially not in such a short time. Disappointing as I now doubt the quality of the floor shelf set up will it rust too?
