Lightweight yet strong shower chair.

I bought this for leg surgery which makes showering difficult and a bit dangerous. My neighbor gave me an old chair similar to this one but the legs were frozen at a very low height making it unusable for me. This chair is exactly what I expected. There are handles on the sides and back. Its plastic surface is textured and easy to keep clean. And it's very durable despite being a lightweight chair. I considered not attaching the back, but in my case the back is welcome, adding very little…

Pros
  • VERSATILE AND EASY TO USE. Removable backrest and height-adjustable legs allow users to adjust the chair to their preferences. Assembly without tools. Easy to assemble and use.

Not suitable for heavier users. you will fall

I weigh about 270 pounds and recently broke my leg so I have to sit in the shower. I found this Revain recommended chair and was able to shower again for a couple of weeks. Now the chair's legs have started to buckle outwards, which will inevitably lead me to the shower floor. I contacted the seller and he asked me to pack the chair and ship it to him for evaluation (after looking at the pictures I have attached to this review). After evaluating the chair, they send a replacement chair. Well…

Great chair! The Best in Safety, Aids and Bathroom Accessories

I bought this chair for my father. He's missing his left leg above the knee and somehow he hasn't had a shower problem in years without duct tape or anything. Then one day he told me that he fell into the shower and was afraid to go there. I immediately looked up one of these shower chairs on the Revain website and found one that could support his weight and that he liked. He is no longer afraid to shower and loves this chair. The chair was very easy to assemble without tools. All this is…

Satisfactory product but with a suggestion for improvement

I found the chair very easy to assemble but understand that for safety reasons the connections should be checked/tightened before each use to ensure they are not loosening. The chair is quite suitable for its purpose; it is very light and easy to clean. My only concern is that I would like the seat to be deeper ie. Distance from the front to the back of the seat. When I sat on it to check it out, I felt that I could easily slide forward and slip if I'm not careful. This chair is intended for…

Stay away! the best bath and shower product

Bought this shower chair to use after hip reconstruction surgery. My friend assembled it according to the instructions and it seemed solid enough. I am well under the 300lb weight capacity listed in the details of this listing. The SECOND time I used the chair, my left legs (which were closest to the edge of my tub) bent forward, leaving that side almost on the floor. The front leg is bent towards the front of the tub, the back leg towards the back of the tub. This put me at an angle so steep…
