I found the chair very easy to assemble but understand that for safety reasons the connections should be checked/tightened before each use to ensure they are not loosening. The chair is quite suitable for its purpose; it is very light and easy to clean. My only concern is that I would like the seat to be deeper ie. Distance from the front to the back of the seat. When I sat on it to check it out, I felt that I could easily slide forward and slip if I'm not careful. This chair is intended for use by the elderly/disabled/those who require such support on a temporary basis. Therefore, for safety reasons, I would strongly recommend the company to increase the seat depth by a couple of inches. UPDATE: After writing this review I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email from the company acknowledging that I was not completely satisfied with the product and offering a refund! I was also happy to know that my suggestions for improvement were sent to their product development team! Well this is a company worthy of my business.
