I have had these since January 2018. I have 6 of these. Bought one for each room. Setup was relatively easy. Here the praise ends. Volume doesn't match. One or two are of normal volume while the others are very quiet. Then one or more will change without my participation. The volume slider keeps going back to a very low level instead of staying where I set it, even without a reboot. He just falls asleep and when he wakes up the volume is very low again. And the brightness doesn't stay where I set it. It is often set to maximum brightness, only to suddenly be reduced to almost a minimum. No brightness control when using the intercom. From the main screen only. Devices will be randomly disconnected and will not connect to Wi-Fi without a reboot. Having to go to the device to reset it defeats the whole purpose of having an intercom in any room! This is actually VERY annoying. I know it's been a year since I bought them and I'm browsing through them right now. I kept waiting for system updates hoping they would fix or improve these things. I TAAAAAAA wanted to love her but I can't. I just can not. Unfortunately, there really is no alternative to the Wi-Fi video intercom, THIS IS JUST INTERCOM.
