Every time I look at this rug I think how glad I am that I bought it. Sometimes you buy a product and wonder if you were tricked into buying something useless or not, but I can assure you that you will not regret this purchase. We use crystal spatula which is nice but not fun to step on and quickly goes anywhere if you have wood floors. The holes in it only trap this debris. As soon as I start seeing dirt on the floor, I know it's time to clean the carpet. Although it's very easy to open and clean, I just run a vacuum nozzle over it and suck just as easily as vacuum heads can kick dirt. It's also fun to watch as everything is vacuumed and the carpet looks nice and sparkling clean again. Does the carpet catch every last bite? Of course not.
