I have very oily skin prone to acne. It didn't cause any breakouts and is one of the best foundations I've tried for my oily skin type. It stays on well all day and it only takes a little to get good coverage. The color is very honest. I have around NC15 in MAC or Porcelain/Ivory in most foundations (often the lightest or second lightest shade) and this shade works well for me. If you have a darker skin tone than a light one, this alone won't work. You're definitely going to need a dark foundation blender, and I'm not sure that's such a holy grail to bother with. There is a yellow undertone but for me it suits my olive complexion.
