They fit perfectly into the 12V sockets on every car I've tried, eliminating the awkward angles of the overly tall chargers of the past. This has worked with my old devices with mini USB and newer USB-C ports including my 8 year old Galaxy 10 tablet and my new one. It charges my old flip phone as well as newer smartphones.
