I use this on a portable table band saw. To be honest, dinnerware sets should come with these things. I used to "construct" a rope to pull on to release the velcro strap holding the trigger. This is much better, works reliably and is much more secure. The stop paddle stays depressed and keeps everything powered off until you lift it up and hit the start button. Installation is as simple as bolting it to a table and plugging it into the mains. The cable is long enough. The structure is strong enough to be housed in a mobile metal trailer. Overall perfect for that extra security.
