I installed the device according to the instructions, switched it on, it works perfectly, the remote control works perfectly, then I tried to adjust the volume, it got very loud, then it wouldn't turn it off . I manually adjusted the volume on the unit and tried the remote control, but I couldn't adjust the bass/treble in music or movie mode. I disconnected and reconnected my old surround sound system and will never use another soundbar again. Don't waste your time and money on this article, it's not worth it!
