Will not tilt forward
I misunderstood the tilt/pan display. I wanted mine to lean forward, parallel to the gutter bracket. He only leans forward slightly, and even more from side to side. Not sure why the 360 degree rotation is needed. There's a knurled knob to secure the hinge, which seems somewhat secure - time will tell.
