They were very easy to install on my Model X. The hardest part was removing the headlight in the passenger footwell. As mentioned, use a small flat head screwdriver to pry out the existing lights. I just used the tool that came with it to disconnect the light from the wiring harness. I needed 11 bulbs and one out of 9 bulbs didn't work. I contacted BougeRV and after they provided me with video of the poor light they sent me a 4 piece replacement bulb instead of a single replacement bulb. Excellent customer service.
