For a while I didn't know if they were of much use, but I suspected our dehumidifier was not working enough. There is no ventilation in our basement and it is always musty there. We installed a fog machine and set up a few to help the dehumidifier. After a few weeks they definitely have liquid! I'm so tired of buying Damp Rid. That's money out the window! They are reusable and do their job just as well as I can see. When they're full, just put them in the sun or put them in the oven to dry the crystals and you can put them back in place to do your thing.
