I'm 5'11 giving up and 205 lbs. Neck circumference 16.5. I would wear an XL for most things. After buying another XL nightgown elsewhere I decided I wouldn't make the same mistake twice. I bought the XXL and I'm glad I did. I think nightgowns should be roomy and so is my XXL. The quality looks ok. Haven't washed or worn yet, let's see how it goes. To update. Washes well despite the instructions in the manual, dries perfectly on low heat.
