Bought 2 packs. One works fine. . The bottom two dials are very difficult to turn. Shaft cannot be lowered to program new code. The lock cannot be locked or opened. I need a lock so can't wait to go back and get a new package. The manufacturer claims to have a one-year warranty. I'll try to deal with them.
