Review on πŸ’„ HAOYA Set of 3 Aloe Vera Color Changing Lipstick: Long Lasting, Nutritious Plumper, Moisturizing Magic TemperaturE Color Change Lip Gloss in Matte Makeup (SET02) by Cindy Hardin

Glitter becomes dull and colored when applied

Rating for: SET02 There are 3 lipsticks in the set and I think they are all the same color for SET02. I think they should have had an option for a variety set. It has a subtle plastic smell with something else like perfume. If you lick your lips, you seem to feel the taste, but there is no bitterness on the tongue yet. I don't like it, but it's bearable. It glides easily on the lips as it is oily. When I wipe away the excess, my lips are soft and non-sticky. It doesn't feel dry so I believe it has some moisturizing ingredients but I wouldn't call it nourishing. On first application, it glitters on the lips, but not garish and shiny like in the model's photo. It carries over a little, but a decent amount stays on the lips. It's easy to carry. The pigmentation can be built up to a certain extent but is not fully opaque. It's like a tinted lip balm that stains. Be careful, these lipsticks can become very bright (or even neon) if overused. Mine is watermelon pink. I prefer a slightly redder tone. It's hard to tell you the exact color of the shade as it depends on your natural lip color and your skin's pH level. It changes over hours, days and months. Sometimes it's brighter, sometimes more subdued. It is made in China and I believe the company is also owned by the Chinese. Overall it's good for the price. Magic/pH lipsticks aren't for everyone, especially since you can't control the color of the shade. It's like a surprise. Don't know what color to expect. I like it best because of the stain. **Also forgot to add that I always get a pink streak down the center of my lips. It happens with all pH lipsticks I own, so it's not uncommon for me. Better pink than white patches of dry skin, right?**
