Great Product, Takes Some Time To Get Used
The biggest thing I like about this software is that it integrates well for so many different platforms which makes my life easier because now if something isn't working properly in one place they can be fixed quickly throughout other places too! It's not perfect by any means but we have made some really great improvements since switching over from another system that was very clunky as well.
We are able to make changes quicker than ever before without having to wait weeks or months for things to get updated through traditional methods.
Pros
- Easy integration with most major systems
- Very user friendly interface, easy navigation between pages.
- Good customer service support when needed (although you never know how much time will pass until an issue gets resolved)
- Some basic analytics tools built into platform; useful at times depending upon what type data needs analyzed such metrics include views per page/per section etc
- Has good mobile capabilities
