It's too early to tell whether it helps regrow hair as I began taking it about a month ago. However, the improvement in skin health is notable. I most notice it under my eyes, where the dark circles have been reduced, due to long hours working a late shift over the course of several years. There's also improved moisture retention and softness to skin overall, which is appreciable. As healthy as I try to keep my diet, I'm surprised at the improvement in skin this has provided. Though I will say sometimes there is irritability on my face, with minor blemishes. I'll continue to watch to see whether this is coincidence or a direct result of the supplement.As stated, I haven't been taking the supplement for long enough to tell whether it helps with hair growth or retention. I'll add to/revise this review if that changes. In the mean time, I'm willing to give it a few months as a valid test.
