Durable micro SD card for recording

I bought this durable micro SD card to use with my DVR. Mine is set to 5 minute cycles, meaning it captures a 5 minute video, then creates a new file for the next 5 minutes and so on until the entire SD card is full - at which point the camera will overwrite the oldest files as needed. keeps making 5 minute videos. With many hours of driving, that is of course a lot. It never occurred to me, but turns out there's one difference between a regular SD card and one of those high-reliability cards, and that's the ability to withstand constant read/write cycles. Traditional cards are not designed for the repeated read/write/erase/rewrite operations required for closed loop DVR/camera use. Aside from that, as you would expect from any SD card these days, this thing just works. I didn't measure the read/write speeds, but both are more than enough to watch dash cam videos on my computer. I will definitely update this review if the card crashes, slows down or has other issues. but I don't really expect that.

Pros
