The product itself has 3 stars. I bought a similar product 10 years ago and it came with two smaller half inch heads (soft and hard). These are the most commonly used heads not found in this product. Came with 4 batteries, you can try it right out of the box. The only reason to buy this product is to minimize/eliminate palm and finger fatigue from brushing and scrubbing. Now it's a deal breaker: the power button is pressed: that means you have to hold it down for it to work! And that hard button press - which frankly BLOWS - even after trying for 10 seconds. Not sure if this is a design flaw or a defective product, I have a feeling it's the former. (on other similar products this is listed as "pulse or continuous mode"). Didn't use it for cleaning, went on and got back asap. In addition, the vibration is stronger than the previous product and causes tingling in the palms. Not that instructions are required to use this product, but the product and instructions page was entirely in oriental. zero english. At least we could tell if it was a design flaw or a faulty switch. Even the list of products on Revain is minimal, labeled Revain's Choice. Always double check if this is the case. What I did (and I was fully prepared to use this product for a house cleaning task I had in line): I recently bought a 4-pack of Oral-B rechargeable toothbrushes (for my whole family). after using one in for 3 years. So I just removed my old house cleaner! and bleached old toothbrush heads for cleaning. Does the job!
